Hi! We’re Jayson and Rachael Hubbard, followers of Jesus Christ, best friends, soul mates, and a team in each and every way. Jayson is an award winning photographer and is the principle creative mind behind Jayson and Rachael Photography. Rachael’s simply a joy to be around and serves as Jayson’s anchor and assistant. We are located in the heart of New Kent wine country, halfway between Richmond and Williamsburg, VA.

We work with incredible people to document weddings and lifestyles with the goal of creating incredible, tangible products using a unique, client centered approach. We focus on you and the unscripted emotion and interaction between you, your family, and your friends during life’s incredible moments.

Northern Neck Photographer | Julia and Doug married on the Chesapeake Bay

Congratulations to Julia and Doug on their beautiful wedding celebrated with family and friends at their family home on the Chesapeake Bay in Lottsburg, Virginia (a.k.a the Northern Neck). Their joy and excitement was contagious as they said “I do!” alongside their sweet best dog “Mali”. We wish you both nothing but the best as you embark on this new journey as husband and wife. Julia K. Selby - Thank you Jayson and Rachael for the generosity of your hard work at our September wedding. As Doug and I keep looking at our wedding pictures we have a chance to relive the emotions of that blessed day that is so special to us and above all that we are able to share the memories with our dear friends and loved ones, even those who were not able to join us. You have truly captured the love that Doug and I have for each other. You simply caught two people very much in love. And as we keep looking at our wedding pictures, we are reminded once more to be grateful for the friends and family we have, for having someone to grow old with and to have been able to find that one person that you can certainly survive and live without, but you just really really do not want to. And because of these photographs, we can now truly say “Yes true love does exist and fairy tales are possible”. You were able to tell OUR story, to add a visual chapter to our book and as we keep on writing we can only hope that we can keep you as our illustrators. Thank you!
