Anna and Matt’s Vintager Inn Wedding in New Kent

Anna and Matt’s classic Vintager Inn Wedding in New Kent was, without a doubt, one of our favorite weddings of the year on multiple levels. Start with a truly incredible couple, add great families, great friends, lots of love, and you’ve got a recipe for not only an incredible wedding day, but the commencement of a new family.

Anna and Matt met while attending New Kent High School and continued dating through college. During their final year in college, they decided to get married back home and chose to say their vows at the historic St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in New Kent, home church of Martha Dandridge, who would later become the wife of Col George Washington, the first president of the United States.

Following their St. Peter’s Episcopal Church Wedding ceremony, Anna and Matt, along with their family and friends, returned to the Vintager Inn Bed and Breakfast to celebrate.

Welcoming our first born son, Camden Andrew Hubbard!

We’re so excited to announce the birth of our first son, Camden Andrew Hubbard! He arrived at 3:06am on Thursday, December 19, 2013 after Rachael toiled through 21 hours of labor like wonder woman! He weighed in at 8.08 lbs. and measured 21.5 inches long (do we get a trophy or something?).

As of Thursday afternoon, Rachael and Camden are doing awesome. We wanted to take a moment to share a few pictures with you from our birthing experience… and what an experience it was.

Abigail’s Bridal Portraits at the Jasmine Plantation

We couldn’t have asked for a better day for Abigail’s bridal portraits at the Jasmine Plantation in Providence Forge… until it started raining on us! Thankfully, we were close to cover and Abigail’s beautiful dress didn’t get wet.

It was such an honor to spend this special time with Abigail and her mother before the wedding day. The joy and excitement in Abigail’s face was unmistakeable.
